This is the harsh environment that my top-of-the-range, expensive, Hunter Balmoral Neoprene wellington boots couldn’t cope with. This damp, grassy field in Somerset killed my Hunter boots almost immediately. This field isn’t far from Glastonbury so if you’re minded to invest in a pair of very expensive Hunter wellies before going to a festival – think again! DO NOT buy Hunter wellies.
- They won’t keep your feet dry
- They cost a premium amount for a product that is not fit for purpose
- Hunter Boots will NOT give a damn when you tell them that your wellies are falling to bits before your eyes
My wellies started to split after the fourth time of wearing in this field. These Hunter boots are NOT fit for purpose. Avoid Hunter Boots at all cost. You have been warned.
